Sikaflex Hybrid NS 50 is a multi-purpose, non-sag hybrid sealant and adhesive designed for both indoor and outdoor applications. Engineered with advanced hybrid STP technology, it delivers exceptional adhesion to a wide range of surfaces including concrete, masonry, brick, stone, tile, metal, glass, PVC, wood, and aged asphalt. With a ±50% movement capability, it handles joint expansion and contraction with ease, making it ideal for wall joints, control joints, expansion joints, cracks, window and door frames, roofing, flashing, and siding applications. It bonds even to damp surfaces without bubbling and forms a permanent, weather-tight seal. Fast curing with a skin time of approximately 60 minutes and waterproof in about 90 minutes, it supports horizontal, vertical, and overhead applications. The formula is odor-free, isocyanate-free, freeze/thaw resistant, UV resistant, and non-shrinking. Each 10.1 fl. oz. cartridge is easy to apply with a standard caulk gun and can be tooled within 15 minutes of application. Meets ASTM C920 Class 50 and Federal Specification TT-S-00230-C standards.
