Sika Primer is a pre-compressed open-cell adhesive foam on one side, impregnated with synthetic resin designed to be compressed into the joint between two elements to ensure airtight and waterproof. Technical information: Application temperature: from +5°C. The size of the Sika prints in depth must not be less than the maximum width of the seal. Application method: remove the rolls from the packaging at the time of application. Cut the circle tape as well as the first and last centimeter of Sika imprint. Apply Sika lightly removes it from the seal, on a dry, flat and sufficiently rigid backing by removing the protective film from the adhesive as it launches. Placement of joinery: in support part: have the wedges of 5 mm minimum thickness. For interior appliance: apply the tape on the dust-free media rather than on the carpentry starting with the horizontal strips and then end with the vertical strips. Increase the length of the vertical strips by 1 cm for connecting by overflow with the horizontal strips. In tunnel: apply the tape to the dusty carpentry starting with the horizontal band in low part, then with the vertical strips and ending with the horizontal strip in high part. Increase the length of the horizontal strips by 1 cm to cover the slice of the vertical strips. Press moderately with your hand to make it fit the shapes of the stand. Cut to desired length with scissors or a cutter. The tape must be applied: no fitting in part horizontal, with a vertical rise of minimum 100 mm on both sides of a jingle. End to end tape connections: cut to 90 degrees of the ends to be connected. Above the ends of the 2 strips by compressing them against each other before plating them onto their support. Provide 1 cm in length for the ends to be connected.
