If using a dishwasher, simply remove the foam handle to only wash the stainless fork and plastic handle. If washing the entire utensil by hand, the foam handle is safe for hand washing only. The inner fork handle is made from a heavy-duty plastic. This allows the user to use it as a regular utensil if the foam handle is no longer needed. The utensil’s overall measurement is 8.25” long and the stainless-steel fork tip measures 2.75” long.
