ProTape friction tape is a high quality cotton fabric coated on both sides with rubber adhesive compound which provides good adhesion to all types of surfaces. It is a 15-milimeters general purpose tape that provides excellent protection against abrasion. Apply over tool handles for a non-slip grip. Temporary binding and harnessing tape. Provides mechanical protection for rubber electric tape and against abrasion and penetration of cable splices and wire. High break strength and low stretch. Features includes good tensile strength, low temperature application, short term and high temperature resistance, highly conformable, good chemical resistance, hand tearable, good abrasion resistance. 48 pounds per inch tensile strength. 40 ounces per inch adhesion to backing. RoHS 2002/95/EC. Measures 60-feet length by 3/4-inches width. Available in black color.
