- PRECISION HEAT DISTRIBUTION: This cast iron skillet has a smooth finish to help provide even heat distribution for improved cooking and frying, even on grills, stoves or induction cooktops.
- For the first use, place the thoroughly cleaned cookware on the stove to dry. Then add an appropriate amount of cooking oil and evenly apply it to every corner of the pot. Put it on the fire to bake for 3 to 5 minutes. Do not clean it. Let the oil stand in the pot for about 3 hours. First use successful. If it has rusted due to improper use, you can add baking soda, cola or vinegar, clean it thoroughly with a cleaning ball, and then repeat the boiling process to restore it to its original condition.
- Dual Handles: Two heavy-duty handles with finger grips ensure maximum maneuverability while maximizing oven and stove space.
- After every use, cast iron should be hand washed, dried thoroughly on the stove at medium heat and seasoned with oil; Do not put in dishwasher and do not air dry.
- Suitable for use on all heat sources Oven, Gas or Electric stovetop, induction, campfire, BBQ. Not suitable for use in the microwave.
- Note: Cast iron can rust so keep it out of the dishwasher, do not soak overnight, or air dry. Use warm water and scrape off any stuck food with a flat utensil. You can also lightly polish the cooking surface with a stainless steel chainmail scrubber for a smooth patina. Wipe dry and Fire dry immediately after cleaning, and apply a new layer of oil to protect from rust.
