MedMix MIXPAC MBQ static mixing nozzles are designed for use with compatible 50ml two-part adhesive cartridges, including 3M EPX Duo-Pak, B-System, and S-System cartridges featuring the large gray twist-off outlet cap. Supporting both 1:1 and 2:1 mixing ratios, these nozzles work with epoxies, acrylics, sealants, and other two-component materials. Choose between two configurations: the compact MBQ 05-16L measures approximately 3.5 inches with 16 square mixing elements, minimizing retained adhesive volume for reduced waste and better control in tight spaces. The longer MBQ 05-24L measures approximately 4.5 inches with 24 mixing elements, providing a more thorough blending path for materials requiring additional mixing stages. Both use a square Quadro static mixing design that repeatedly divides and recombines adhesive components for a consistent, homogeneous mixture. The disposable design means no cleaning of cured adhesive is needed — simply attach a fresh nozzle before each use. Adhesive cartridges and dispensing guns are sold separately.
