Laser Chain and Sprocket Aligner for Motorcycles, ATVs and Go-Karts

The DOXOI Laser Chain and Sprocket Aligner provides a visible reference for checking chain and sprocket alignment on compatible motorcycles, ATVs, dirt bikes, scooters, bicycles, go-karts and other chain-driven vehicles. Before use, turn off the engine, remove the ignition key and secure the vehicle on a stable center stand or rear stand. Clean the mounting area, place the tool flat against the side of the rear sprocket and gently tighten the knurled mounting screw. The nylon contact tip helps reduce scratching or marking on the sprocket surface. Press the side-mounted power button to activate the laser. Slowly rotate the rear wheel by hand and observe the laser dot along the chain toward the front sprocket. If the laser gradually moves to one side, adjust the rear-wheel chain adjusters according to the vehicle manufacturer’s instructions. Repeat the inspection until the laser remains at a consistent reference position, then tighten all vehicle hardware to the specified torque and recheck chain slack. The laser is adjusted before shipment and normally does not require recalibration. Recalibration may be necessary after a drop, impact, strong vibration or accidental movement of the calibration screws. Always check the laser against a verified straight reference before making adjustments. Follow the included instructions and use the supplied hex wrench only when recalibration is necessary. The one-piece mounting bracket is precision-machined from a solid block of 6061 aluminum alloy. Its electrophoretic coating creates a uniform protective finish suitable for routine workshop and garage use. Keep the tool clean and dry, protect the laser lens from dirt, oil and impact, and remove the batteries before long-term storage. Laser safety information: Class 3R laser product. Maximum output below 5 mW. Never start the engine while the tool is installed. Rotate the rear wheel by hand only. Avoid direct eye exposure and never point the laser toward people, animals, aircraft or reflective surfaces. Keep the tool and batteries away from children. This product assists with alignment checks but does not replace the vehicle manufacturer’s service manual or professional inspection.
