- PRECISION FIT FOR SECURE KNIFE-TO-PLATE SEAL – Ensures the grinding plate extends slightly beyond the end of the cylinder, creating a secure fit between the knife and plate when the retaining ring is tightened. Prevents meat from slipping between the plate and cylinder during grinding.
