Each Connexx Waguard 3.0 Nanocare is approximately 1mm wide, and 1 mm tall. A new Connexx 3.0 Nano Care wax filter is attached to a matchstick-sized disposable tool which removes the current filter from your hearing aid. The Connexx Waxguard 3.0 Nanocare wax filters are compatible with the latest Signia and Rexton RIC hearing aids. For maximum speech clarity, replace Connexx mini Receiver filters along with Connexx Eartip 3.0 domes monthly, or when your hearing aid has stopped working.
