90 micron mesh is designed for pressing your broken down and or whole material. 90 micron will yield you a cleaner product possible without restricting too much flow. With broken down or whole material you can add pressure and heat a bit quicker to the product but don't just put all the pressure down at once as that can cause expansion too quickly. Once the material has heated up you should be good to apply steady pressure until you reach max pressure.
