160 micron mesh is designed for pressing your lightly broken down and or whole material. 160 micron will yield you a clean product while allowing for a higher flow rate which helps with yields. With whole material you can add pressure and heat a bit quicker to the product but don't just put all the pressure down at once as that can cause expansion too quickly. Once the material has heated up under light pressure you should be good to apply steady pressure until you reach max.
